Health and lifestyle with 3 boys

I am Dr JAGATH WIJESINGHE living in UK. I qualified in Sri Lanka with MBBS and moved to UK. I am currently working in National Health Service ( NHS)  of United Kingdom as a consultant physician and general practitioner. 
We started this channel in 2022 as my 13 years son want to have a YouTube account to show his mind craft games so let me share our health-related topics, lifestyle stories and what 3 boys want to do.
