When I started college, everyone seemed to be thriving, but I felt like running away. I felt like I didn’t fit in, couldn’t focus, and wanted to go home. That was the beginning of my anxiety and depression. I was overwhelmed trying to manage my mental health. One summer, my mom encouraged me to get help, which changed everything. I felt like I had to hide it, but opening up sooner would've saved me years of pain. I created this space to help others feel less alone. You never need to hide!

Since getting help, I’ve continued to explore the power of the mind. I’ve learned tools for healing and creating my dream life. Manifestation, energetics, mindset shifts...And the power of building a relationship with God. I'm the happiest and healthiest I've ever been and want to share all my wisdom with you!
