I am a physical education teacher at Cumberland Valley High School in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. My channel is designed to help my students and viewers lead healthy active lives. I have been teaching for twenty-five years and am a NASM certified personal trainer. I have a youth exercise specialist, performance enhancement specialist, corrective movement specialist, and behavior change specialist certifications.
