伊蔵飯 IZO MESHI

Welcome to IZO MESHI.

I’m a home cook living in Shibuya, Tokyo, sharing my love of cooking and everyday life through food.

From Japanese home cooking and nostalgic dishes to pasta and recipes from around the world, this channel is all about good food, the joy of making it, and the quiet moments in between.

Join me in my kitchen and discover a little taste of everyday life in Tokyo.

Until next time.
