Izack Stjernberg | Moving Pen

What happens when you slow down, put a pen in your hand, and give your thoughts some space?

Moving Pen is a simple practice of handwriting and reflection. A way to pay attention, look inward before looking outward, and connect with what matters in life.

I’ve been writing by hand every morning for more than 30 years. This channel is where I share what I’ve learned, reflections, and simple ways to bring Moving Pen into everyday life.

Take a notebook. Keep the pen moving. See what appears.

That’s what this channel is about.
