International Youth Dancer Health Alliance

International Youth Dancer Health Alliance (IYDHA) is a community of health professionals who work with youth dancers and aim to share their knowledge and insights about optimizing dancers’ potential and ability to flourish in dance and beyond. 

IYDHA aims to: 
• Equip students with knowledge to safeguard their health
• Empower families to support their dancers’ wellbeing
• Provide artistic staff and other professionals working with youth dancers with the tools to foster an optimal environment for dancers to train.
