finding inner peace through minimalism, money management, mindfulness, and mental health

Hi there, I’m Kaitlyn! I’m a thirty-three-year-old professional writer currently navigating what it means to find inner peace and happiness in the ups and downs of the modern world. My channel focuses on the big and small things that help cultivate a more mindful and less stressful existence through the lens of a slightly socially anxious but self-aware thirty-something.

I split my time between Montreal, Canada and my adopted hometown of Istanbul, Türkiye. I also travel regularly for work and plan on taking you along for some of my adventures while offering practical tips to embrace mindfulness when traveling abroad.

If you’re interested in finding a meaningful and less stressful existence through habits and personal development, in cultivating inner peace and self-confidence, and in using minimalism, community, and frugal living to achieve your goals, follow along! 💕
