Erica K. Smith, MSW, LCSW

I'm Erica (she/her), MSW, LCSW — an EMDRIA Approved Consultant, C-DBT, group practice owner, trauma therapist and speaker living with chronic illness.

This channel is mostly for clinicians. EMDR preparation, pacing, and what to do when reprocessing stalls. I teach the Natural Preparation approach — weaving the Phase 3 Assessment questions into Phase 2 conversations — along with honest talk about trauma work, chronic illness, and anti-oppressive practice.
