Interstate Technology and Regulatory Council

The Interstate Technology & Regulatory Council (ITRC) is a national coalition focused on developing tools and strategies to reduce interstate barriers to the deployment of innovative environmental technologies. Our Members are volunteers from government, private sector, academia and public stakeholders that create guidance to build technical knowledge, and deliver training and education to share technical knowledge from our guidance.
