ISSI-BJ

The International Space Science Institute-Beijing (ISSI-BJ) is a research institute for advanced space science studies located in Beijing. It was established in 2013 thanks to the cooperation agreement of the International Space Science Institute in Bern (ISSI) and the National Space Science Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (NSSC, CAS).
In 2020, ISSI-BJ started two brand-new series of online seminars that focus on ongoing and future space missions – On Things to Come webinars – as well as on the achievements of outstanding Chinese women scientists – 1001 Space Nights webinars. These online lectures are held in English and in Chinese, respectively.
