Issah Traylor

Hey, Y'all! I’m Issah! 🧊

Welcome to Vitalice, where I share my experiences with fitness, plant-based living, holistic wellness, spirituality, and personal growth. 🌿

I don't believe there's a one size fits all formula for wellness. I just share what I’ve learned, what I’ve experienced, and what I’m still figuring out along the way. 🔆

Feel free to join me as I explore wellness through lived experience. 🪷
