Krishna Community Center

kccgr.org is the website of the Krishna Community Center in Grand Rapids, a Bhakti yoga and Krishna-consciousness community focused on spiritual programs, education, and devotional gatherings.

The Krishna Community Center describes itself as a Bhakti community offering a temple, ashram-style living, and programs centered on the teachings of Lord Krishna and the Bhagavad-gita.

It welcomes newcomers and long-time practitioners for prayer, meditation, kirtan (devotional music), and community service.

Regular activities and programs
The center hosts daily temple activities, including a morning Bhagavatam scripture class from about 7:50–8:30 am EST on weekdays, with different devotional speakers each day.

Every Sunday they run a “Sunday Love Feast,” a weekly festival with a spiritual discourse, arati (worship ceremony), and vegetarian prasad (sanctified food) in the evening.
