Is It Financeable?

Know what lenders want, before you ask.

I'm Dave Sheets. I run SixtyFour West Capital, a commercial lending brokerage. This channel covers everything that decides whether a business gets financed: how you structure the entity, how you position the books, what lenders actually look for, and why deals die.

SEND ME THE DEAL is the flagship series. You send a scenario, I read it on camera and give the verdict and the reasoning, including when the answer is no. Every deal is a composite. No real borrower, property, or lender.

Business owners and real estate investors, send me a scenario and I'll tell you where it stands. Term sheets within 3 business days. A yes or a no, fast.
