Iole Dexter | Pilates Instructor | @iolepilates

Hi, my name is iole which is pronounced yolly!

I'm a certified mat and reformer pilates instructor born and living in London! This channel brings you workouts you can do from home, always prioritising alignment with voiceovers and verbal cues. Some are timer videos you can use as express workouts, or combine with other videos to build a plan for yourself! A little movement is better than none at all and goes along way.

Thank you for being here in this little corner of youtube!
