IOE - Internet Olympiad of English

Internet Olympiad of English (IOE) - the result of cooperation between the Ministry of Education and Training and VTC Multimedia Corporation since 2010.

IOE is a healthy and useful playground for children to learn through playing, which motivates students to learn English. This creates a nationwide English-learning movement, contributing to the success of Vietnam’s National Foreign Language Project, and promoting Vietnam’s integration into the world.

IOE is an online English learning and testing platform for students. IOE also allows the Departments of Education and Training and teachers to monitor and evaluate their students. Parents can evaluate their children's progress through aggregate reports.

IOE system currently has over 25 million student accounts from 26,000 schools in 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam. Over 2.5 million students participate in IOE online English learning and testing annually.
