Jason Reid - Invisible Disability Keynote Speaker

Despite being diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and Arthritis as a child, Jason Reid had a successful career as a writer, television producer and news manager. As a manager, being open about his own illness, allowed him to discover that many of his own staff also had invisible disabilities. As a result, he nearly doubled the productivity of his department through effective communication and creative accommodations.   He has won numerous international diversity awards for TV.
