Center of Interbeing (Intersein-Zentrum)

Especially today, it is important to have a clear and open mind and an understanding, compassionate heart. The basis for this is the practice of mindfulness, which is taught and deepened at the Intersein-Center (Center of Interbeing) in the Bavarian Forest, Germany. The aim is to further increase compassion and wisdom and thus change our relationship to the world and our daily lives for the better. All lectures and Dharma teachings serve to clarify this practice and this goal.
