Intelligent by Design

A research studio exploring what happens when synthetic intelligence learns to move through the physical world.

We build, test and write across the built environment: thin concrete shells and how they get made, digital twins of stores, warehouses and cities, the systems that let organizations run on AI, and the policies that shape how cities get built.

This channel is our field notebook. Stories from real projects, wins worth sharing, lessons from what broke, and experiments in progress, from physical computing on the workbench to buildings on site to AI running across thousands of stores.
