The body is a storehouse for all our experiences.

Somatic methods like the Feldenkrais Method®, Somatic Experiencing® and HeartMath®, are integrative, that is, they fit within a larger functioning system that is our Self.

The channels of our experience, sensing, feeling, intuiting, thinking, doing and imagining, are inextricably connected. How we feel affects how we think and act. How we perceive the world affects how we feel. Our belief systems affect how we perceive the world and respond to our experience.

And the sensori-motor system lives underneath it all.
