Hi, My name is Marie and I am on a mission to improve my health one meal and one supplement at a time! I am a busy mom, wife, and business owner who suffers from chronic illnesses, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and hypothyroidism, to name a few.  I started this channel to document my Wellness Journey and to gain a community while doing it!  Chronic illness can be a very lonely experience so I want this channel to be a place where we can all go and share our experiences while we figure out how to live our best life, even after the Drs have given up or dismissed us!
