Welcome to Insight2Excellence.

I created this space after forty years in social care and a lifetime of trying to understand myself, especially my experience of living with undiagnosed ADHD. Like many people diagnosed later in life, my diagnosis brought clarity, grief, and a sense of how different things might have been with the right support.

This channel focuses on ADHD coaching for adults who have spent years surviving, masking, or feeling out of step with the world. I share lived experience, neuroscience-informed insight, and practical reflections that support motivation, emotional regulation, and self-compassion.

I also explore emotional resilience, mindfulness, and creating inclusive, neuro-affirming communities, with a particular commitment to LGBTQIA+ people and anyone who has felt unseen.
