Inside the Shift

Life is going and never stops and to overcome obstacles we need to move. 
It can create wounds and conditions which we need to live with. Sometimes they are mental, sometimes they are physical, but it's making the living here a little bit harder. 
On this channel we look at physical movement of the choice as the medicine for our body and mind. 
Here we looking for answers from people who do sports, dance, running, water sports, hiking and rock climbing, and anything you can imagine.
