Cockpit Chats with Karen

Hi! I’m Karen, a memoirist, storyteller with a comedic edge, speaker, and heart-led truth teller. At 44, the life and career I had built came to an abrupt end, sending me into a free fall I never saw coming. What followed became the Heart-Earned Rise of my LIFE!

This channel documents the crash, the reckoning, the healing, and the realignment that followed. If you’ve ever fallen hard and wondered if you’d rise again, you’re in the right place.
