Jaron Vesely | Inner Architecture Therapy

I’m Jaron Vesely, a therapist in Oakland (Rockridge) and online across California. I work with adults and couples dealing with burnout, overthinking, emotional distance, relationship strain, and the harder-to-name sense that something just isn’t right. Men’s work is a particular focus of mine.

Here you’ll find short videos on the things people ask me about: why understanding a pattern doesn’t always change it, what somatic work, EMDR, and parts work actually look like, and what to look for when you’re choosing a therapist.

These videos are for education and aren’t a substitute for therapy. If you’d like to talk about working together, start with a free 20-minute conversation at innerarchitecturetherapy.com.
