Welcome to Innate Wisdom. I’m Leanne — and in this space, I help you learn how to hear what your body has been trying to tell you. 

I help clients find where trauma, emotional pain, and energetic blocks are stored in the body, and I guide them through a step-by-step healing journey. I work with the whole person — physical, emotional, energetic, and spiritual — because true healing happens on all levels, not just one.

I help uncover the real root causes of their pain, illness, anxiety, exhaustion, or emotional patterns — direct communication from the body. Hands-on healing, intuitive insight, & deep somatic guidance, I teach how to listen to what the body is saying, how to feel it, and how to respond. I act as the bridge between the physical body, the emotional self, the mindset, and the inner intelligence. 

I teach you how to go into your body, how to listen, how to recognize the signals, and how to take action using holistic, somatic, and energetic healing techniques.
