Iruji-do Dych života

Iruji-Do is a unique way of breathing which is aligned with movement.

Iruji-Do means in Japanese George's way.

It's about my own more than 40 years of experience.

Iruji-Do has helped me successfully to face side effects after vaccination against COVID-19.

You will be surprised how Iruji-Do will help you improve everything you do.

When I was practising Karate, Chi-kung, Tai-chi, and other health and martial arts I realized that I was missing something finally

I invented Iruji-Do - an open platform for everyone and for every activity that helps us improve our health, physical and mental condition and improve ourselves in every sport or activity that we practice and love.

I invented Iruji-Do after more than 20 years that he spent with Karate, Joga, Chi-Kung, Tai-chi, and other health and martial arts.

If you want to improve your health and if you want to have your body and mind under control then Iruji-Do is the best possible solution for you.
