From 106>97>95>93>92journey is still bigThis   is me mohan who is 39 years old and pre diabetic  struggling with fat loss due to heavy weight is am suffering breathing issues joints pain high hscrp means heart problem to safe myself from heart attack I have to be fit.apart  from i lost my loved one my dad and  i wnet in depression den i took pledge ans stated pt from various professional personal trainer online even offline to gain experienced deitcian plans I learnt progress will come slowly and u have to be strong from mind moreover must have good income for faster results after ACL injury my right calf lost muscle leg became  weaker even not able to climb stairs more den a year I gained strength and doing my best I just want to say everybody is diffrent dnt copy anyone just do ur best only u who  can understand ur body I believe do ur wrk and God will handle everything love u guys.
