Nurse Des Unfiltered

Welcome to Nurse Des Unfiltered — where healthcare, wellness, and real life meet, and nothing is off the table.

I'm Des, a nurse and part of the team behind Infinity Hydration & Wellness. I'm here for the conversations that don't always happen in the exam room — from healthcare and functional wellness to hormones, weight loss, mental health, relationships, and everything in between.

Expect honest conversations, different perspectives, a little humor, and moments where we say what everyone's thinking but not everyone is saying. We'll question the trends, challenge the narratives, and explore why health, healing, and real life are rarely as simple as social media makes them seem.

This isn't about having all the answers. It's about asking better questions, staying curious, and making space for conversations that are real, relatable, and sometimes uncomfortable.

No scripts. No judgment. No BS. Just real conversations, unfiltered.
