I'M Realty

I'm Realty was created as I work my way out of the corporate world and into what has long been a side hobby of real estate.

I chose Oxnard Shores as my home because of its unique and strategic locale, close to Malibu and North LA, but also proximity to The Napa of Socal which is the Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Barbara in addition to access to San Fernando valley.

After being here 1.5 year, I've realized that Oxnard Shores is at-current, the greatest unrealized Socal Real Estate opportunity on the entire California coast, brimming with untapped potential. Both residential and commercial opportunities exist but likely not for long. There is truly no where else to go on the California coast to get the benefits of affordable, close-to-ocean real estate; amazing weather; great surf; wide open & clean beaches'; along with gorgeous views of the Channel Islands national park and recreation area.

Oxnard Shores is truly THE LAST SLICE of AFFORDABLE coastal California real estate available.
