Dr. Art

Welcome to the official channel of Dr. Art (@imdoctorart).

Previously known as Fore Christ's Psych, this space has evolved to bring you a practical, calming approach to your mental and spiritual well-being.

As a licensed psychiatrist and founder of Abide Psychiatry, my mission is to bridge clinical neuroscience and Christian faith. Through daily reflections, we explore tools like cognitive reframing, nervous system regulation, and breath prayers to help you heal, protect your peace, and move forward.

Subscribe for daily mindset shifts, biblical reflections, and clinical insight.
