I'll Walk The Earth

My name is Josh Murphy. I was obese my entire life and my highest ever recorded body weight was 446 pounds in 2016. I've lost over 200 pounds since that weigh in. The changes I have gone through physically, psychologically and emotionally are something I never thought possible. But I am here to show the world that it's never too late to re write your story.

I hiked the Pacific Crest Trail in 2022 and not in 2026 I'm heading to the Continental Divide Trail for a northbound thru-hike. Follow along for trail footage, gear reviews and more.
