Illuminated Path Counselling

I aim to create wellness and balance through the integration of traditional counselling and energy techniques.  This approach has developed through my own journey as a recovering anxious, people pleasing, self hating perfectionist who needed to find the integration of the mind, body, emotions and spirit.  I now believe in healing, illumination, wholeness and freedom.

I offer practices and discussions that can guide us to live a more fulfilled, authentic, joyful existence.  I ask that you be committed to being your most authentic self in full belonging with your true nature.  When we create healing and spaciousness we open ourselves and others to healing and living wholeheartedly.  This channel offers different avenues of living life to its fullest balanced potential.  I am a registered Social Worker and Reiki Master  and I welcome you to this beautiful community.
