IleWanderlust

🌿 I teach yoga and meditation, guided by the wisdom of the breath and sound — especially the healing vibration of Tibetan singing bowls. I’m also trained in Ayurvedic massage, which I see as an extension of healing through touch and intuition.
✈️ My wanderlust led me across the world — from tropical forests to yoga ashrams, from vegan cafés to remote retreats. I now share conscious travel stories that celebrate slow living, plant-based culture, and soul-deep connection to nature.
🧘‍♀️ I’m passionate about building a lifestyle that reflects what I believe in: compassion, slowness, purpose. This is why I created an ethical shop — where each piece of merch is vegan, recycled, and inspired by movement, freedom and intention.
🏡 Together with my husband and our two rescue dogs, I also care for a beautiful home in the heart of Tuscany: Villa Sol Experience. It’s a sanctuary in nature where I plan to host yoga retreats, vegan cooking experiences and animal therapy sessions in the near future
