IL BBQ UNISCE

Why does BBQ "UNISCE" ("put people together, in Italian)?
Because it reminds us that, deep down, we are made to be together. Around a fire.

BBQ demands a special kind of waiting.
And while you wait, something happens.
People start talking. Laughing. Sharing.

The preparations matter —
but what is cooking without its most important ingredient? People.

Il BBQ Unisce was born from this philosophy:
one that values the process, not just the result.
We tell the stories of those who have chosen BBQ as a way of being in the world.
Not to be seen, but to bring people together.
And to share what that means.

And to share how deeply good that can make us feel.
