Welcome! I’m Carol Aroche, an in-home parent trainer with Garland ISD, dedicated to helping families of children with additional educational needs. My mission is to bring support, compassion, and practical strategies directly into homes, helping parents better understand their children, strengthen communication, improve routines, and create more peaceful, joyful family lives. This channel is a safe place for parents, caregivers, and educators to learn, grow, and feel supported—because when families are empowered, children flourish.
