Ifigeneia

I’m Ifi, online fat loss coach, biology graduate, and someone who spent years losing the same weight over and over before I finally understood why.

I make videos about the psychology and science of fat loss for women. Not the “eat less move more” version.

The honest version, why you keep self-sabotaging, why restriction always backfires, why you’re doing everything right and still not seeing results.
