I’m Kiana, a filmmaker who has spent years building visual stories for everyone from global founders like Simon Squibb to the local shop down the road. But I realised I was so busy telling other people's stories that I forgot to write my own.

I’ve set a deadline: I have three years until I’m 30 to tackle 100 new things. This isn’t just a bucket list; it’s a total recalibration of my mind, body and soul. Whether it’s climbing, running, learning to DJ, or hitting country #40, I’m chasing the growth that only comes from being a beginner and pushing past limits.
