Welcome to our channel!
This channel will provide both an educational and unique experience with our Insulated Concrete Form construction. Our videos will show the process of building with ICF, our crew and how they operate, and what makes ICF WOTO different from your typical ICF construction and stick-built houses.

 We plan on uploading videos on a bi-weekly basis and may increase this in the future! 

The owners of ICF WOTO, David and Nancy Samples, have been building homes since 1993. In 2014, they built their first ICF home for a customer. After that, they could no longer build regular wood-framed houses when a far superior method was available with very little cost difference. Since then, David and Nancy have built homes ranging from 10,000 square foot to 1,750 square foot, all using ICF. Insulated Concrete Forms offer fire-protection, impact-resistance (up to 250 MPH winds), 70% more energy efficiency, and are made of recyclable materials; giving you safety and sustainability.
