Weightloss Adventures With Ian Melton

I'm basically a fat guy focusing on getting thinner, the point of my channel is to share my journey along with hints and tips. I'm hoping to grow a sense of community where we can talk to each other, so far I've lost 35 pounds or 16 kilos in just over 3 months which is proof that food tracking works.
You don't need to give internet "experts" money to lose weight but simply make your own plan using some of the tips I can give you along with some you find out for yourself.

I'm also going to share videos of me trying to enjoy what life has to offer - coming up in 2023 are boating holidays, Japan and some good nights out.
