Munir Bashir | The TEA Code

I’ve spent most of my career behind the scenes…building businesses, solving problems, developing ideas, and helping other people bring their visions to life.

Now I’m building some things of my own…and documenting what I learn along the way.

I’m Munir Bashir. I’ve spent 30+ years working across entertainment, media, business and creative development. And at 56, I’m in the middle of one of the biggest transitions of my life.

So this channel isn’t about pretending I have everything figured out.

It’s about figuring it out.

Here we’ll talk about mindset, business, creativity, AI, personal development, the TEA Code (Thoughts, Emotions & Actions), and the lessons that come from actually trying to build a meaningful life.

Some videos will teach.

Some will document.

Some will just be conversations I think we need to have.

If you’re building something, changing something, or becoming someone new…

you’re in the right place.

Let’s get to work.
