iAMconnected

iAMconnected is a meditation, emotional processing and self-awareness platform for people learning to meet life’s triggering moments with more presence, clarity and compassion.

At the centre of this work is Meeting The Moment (MTM)™, a practical awareness training that helps you recognise emotional contractions, separate emotion from story, connect with the part of you that is activated, and return to more presence, responsibility and choice.

This channel explores meditation, self-awareness, emotional processing, inner work, parts work, relationships, parenting, sensitivity, overthinking, old patterns and the deeper process of learning to meet yourself differently.

This is not about fixing yourself.

It is about learning to meet what is already happening inside with more awareness.
