Dr. Huzaifa Y. Biviji

I have spent more than three decades working on business and technology decisions.
Some were technical. Some were operational. Some had little to do with technology at all. Most began with the same question: what is actually going wrong here?

Since 1994, I have worked across enterprise communication and building systems, including EPABX, IP telephony, CCTV, access and attendance, public address systems, AV, & boardroom automation.

This channel is where I share what that work has taught me: how to approach a problem before choosing a vendor, how I think through requirements and BOQs, real situations from decades in the field, and lessons on professional readiness and mentoring.

I don't claim to have all the answers. I still learn. But I've found the hardest part is rarely the technology. It's understanding the problem.

I'm also the author of Evolution of EPABX, and Director of SMB Automation Pvt. Ltd.

If there's a problem worth discussing, I'm open to the conversation.
