The AGER+LEARNS Decade Challenge [A+LDC] is a comprehensive lifestyle development program for "agers", a term I use instead of senior citizens.  The acronym refers 10 courses or Challenges leading to a Positive AGER Lifestyle [PAL] certificate.  The system is science-based for the nonscientist and focuses on topics such as home safety, decision-making, exercise, nutrition, happiness, stress management and sleep improvement. The videos are entertaining and informative. The subscriber is encouraged to utilize additional recommended internet options and to individualize learning for unique goals and circumstances. The program is designed to increase lifespan, healthspan and "happyspan" [made it up] using strategies developed specifically for enhancing successful aging.
