Hummingbird-Yoga

I offer Live Zoom practices every Monday, Wednesday and Friday - 8:30-9:30am Pacific. If this time zone doesn't suit your schedule, I also offer a large on demand video library that is curated by theme - Hips, Shoulders, Core, Pickle ball, Golf, etc.
I also offer group in-person (great for introducing yoga into the workplace) or one-on-one private in-person practices.
Payment options include: 1) monthly membership which gives your household access to unlimited live Zoom practices as well as the video library or 2) 10-pass punch card that expires one year from the date of purchase.
All these solutions are meant to help suit your schedule, class style preference and budget.
