With 25 years' experience protecting people within in SA, Africa, the Middle East, Europe and the US as a private security provider, at one time owning a business that employed 1100 people. A former 3-time SA Taekwondo champion, competitive kickboxer, MMA instructor-fulltime martial arts nerd. My credentials are not my degree, national diploma, security certifications-what qualifies me as an expert is adversity, exposure and necessity! After 20 years I left my company and career behind-Diagnosed with PTSD, substance abuse and 3 others. Now 10 years on, I have trained 1000s of high-risk 1st responders, employees in the SAPS, Bidvest, FNB, SANRAL, BAT and others on resilience and personal security-using the tools that got me out the bottomless pit, tools that work.
