Human Applications

Human Applications is a place for building, exploring, and connecting things that make human life better.

Fitness. Technology. Philosophy. Self-development. Human connection. Education. Breathwork. Ideas. Tools. Experiments.

The goal is not to fit everything into one category. It’s to bring useful ideas together — and turn them into things people can actually use.

Here you’ll find long-form conversations, training and performance, philosophy, technology, personal development, experiments in human potential, and a behind-the-scenes look at what we’re building.

Human Applications is the ecosystem behind Logbook, our first product for measuring and developing human performance, with more applications, resources, and projects to come.

Founded by Mack Canady, Human Applications is part laboratory, part media company, part school, part gym, part workshop — a place to build what’s next for humans.
