Hoy! Aba Teka

Ever felt like yelling “Hoy! Aba Teka!” to life when everything’s just... too much?
Welcome to the pod where we hit pause, talk real, and figure out this whole adulting thing — Taglish style.

We’re Martin and Cyra, a married couple and parents rediscovering ourselves while juggling love, career shifts, culture shock, and parenting chaos. This podcast is our corner to reflect, laugh, rant a little, and relearn what it means to be totoong
tao in this season of life. From parenting fails to pivoting careers, breaking old patterns, trying new things, and staying grounded — we’re here to make space for honest, funny, and heart- hitting convos. Hindi kailangan laging ayos — basta sinusubukan.
