HowNotTo...

Welcome to How NOT To... — the menopause podcast for women who want useful information without the wellness waffle.

We’re Wendy and Tammy, and we’re not boring people. So we didn’t want to create another boring menopause podcast.
We talk honestly about what happens when your body, brain, energy, sleep, mood and patience levels suddenly seem to have developed minds of their own — and, more importantly, what you can actually do to support yourself through it.
Expect real conversations about menopause, nutrition, mindset, meditation, energy, sleep, stress, relationships and generally navigating the WTF years — with practical ideas you can actually use.

No perfection. No fear-mongering. No pretending we’ve got it all sorted.

Just two women, plenty of experience, a healthy dose of humour and conversations designed to make menopause feel a little less bloody complicated.

How NOT To...
