Hoppy Geek

HoppyGeek is about homebrewing for those of us who like to understand a little more about what is actually happening in the brewery.

I’ve been brewing since 2015, and this is where I share the experience, mistakes, experiments, and little things I learn along the way. You’ll find full brew days, practical guides, and geeky deep dives into brewing processes and equipment.

We cover everything from mashing, boiling, and fermentation to hops, carbonation, kegs, and temperature control - along with gadgets like the Grainfather, sensors, and other bits of brewing tech that can make the process easier, more precise, or simply more fun.

The goal isn’t to tell you there’s one correct way to brew. I’d rather show you what I do, why I do it, what worked - and what didn’t.

The channel is for both newer homebrewers and those who already have plenty of brews under their belt but still enjoy asking: “Yeah, but why?”

Videos are in Norwegian, with Norwegian and English subtitles.
