Hopeful Authentic Pathways

Healing Through Connection. Hopeful Authentic Pathways (HAP) is a mobile, peer-led, non-clinical support service for men across Prince Edward Island.

On this channel you'll find two video series:
• Gertie's Got Grit: follow Gertie, our bulldog animal assisted activities partner, as she travels the Island bringing calm and connection.
• Cory's Corner: honest, lived-experience conversations from our lead peer mentor about recovery, reintegration and rebuilding life.

We meet men where they are, anywhere on PEI, with practical support, peer mentoring and animal assisted activities. No labels. No judgment. You are never disposable.
